Customization may include:
Developing the postcard’s overall concept and marketing strategy
Applying your branding, colors, fonts, and visual style
Incorporating your headshot, logo, contact information, and designations
Writing or refining postcard copy
Curating stock imagery or incorporating your provided photography
Adding property information, calls to action, and custom QR codes
Following applicable brokerage branding (logos) and compliance guidelines
Formatting the design to meet your selected printer or mailing vendor’s specifications (XpressDocs is recommended & preferred)
Preparing the final postcard for print
Custom Postcard Designs are billed at $100 per hour, including revisions. All custom projects require a $100 deposit.* Before beginning, we’ll review your goals, audience, desired postcard size, and printing specifications, then provide an estimated project timeline.
The final deliverable will be a print-ready PDF formatted for the printer or mailing vendor identified at the beginning of the project.
We are happy to write original content for your postcard. However, the agent is responsible for reviewing and approving all final copy to ensure it accurately represents their business and complies with applicable real estate laws, ethical standards, brokerage policies, and advertising requirements.

*A $100 deposit is required to begin your Custom Postcard Design and covers the first hour of project time. This deposit will be applied toward your final project total.
After purchasing, you’ll receive a project questionnaire and instructions for scheduling an initial consultation, if needed. All consultation, strategy, copywriting, image curation, design, compliance adjustments, vendor formatting, and revision time is billed at the custom service rate of $100 per hour.
If the project exceeds the initial hour, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance before final files are delivered.
The deposit becomes nonrefundable once the consultation has taken place or project work has begun. Your project timeline will be confirmed after we review the requested scope and receive all necessary materials.
