Custom Buyer Guides are billed at $100 per hour, including revisions. All custom projects require a $100 deposit.* Before beginning, we’ll review your goals and provide an estimated project timeline.
We are happy to write original content for your guide. However, the agent is responsible for reviewing and approving all final copy to ensure it accurately represents their business and complies with applicable real estate laws, ethical standards, brokerage policies, and advertising requirements.

After purchasing, you’ll receive a project questionnaire and instructions for scheduling your initial consultation. All consultation, strategy, copywriting, image curation, design, compliance adjustments, and revision time is billed at the custom service rate of $100 per hour.
If the project exceeds the initial hour, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance before final files or editable template access are delivered.
